Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or play Poker Snake. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Playing Poker Snake

Poker Snake is a card-based strategy game. You may play anonymously. Optional account features and verified leaderboards require Google sign-in. Sharing does not require an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining access to the Google account used to sign in. Provide accurate information, choose an appropriate public display name, and notify us if you believe your Poker Snake account has been compromised.

Fair play and leaderboards

Leaderboard submissions may be replayed and verified using their game version, seed, and command history. You may not manipulate the client, fabricate submissions, exploit service vulnerabilities, automate play in a way that creates an unfair ranking, impersonate another player, or interfere with other players. We may reject, remove, or correct invalid scores and suspend accounts used for abuse.

Virtual Chips

Poker Snake is a free single-player strategy game. Poker Chips are fictional game resources with no monetary value. The game does not accept deposits, sell chances, provide cash-out, award monetary prizes, or offer real-money gambling.

Poker Chips are non-purchasable and non-redeemable.

Poker Snake has no real-money gambling.

Acceptable use

Do not use Poker Snake to break the law, harass others, publish unlawful or harmful display names, probe or disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Ownership and permission to play

Poker Snake, its software, game design, visual identity, text, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful entertainment. These terms do not transfer ownership of Poker Snake or its content.

Third-party services

Google, Supabase, Vercel, browsers, app stores, and other third-party services may apply their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and changes

Poker Snake is an evolving game. We may change rules, scores, items, features, compatibility, or availability; reset or separate leaderboards when rulesets change; and pause or discontinue parts of the service. We will use reasonable care when making changes that affect stored player information.

No warranties

Poker Snake is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free gameplay, preservation of every record, or compatibility with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Snake and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, reputation, or profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Poker Snake at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address harmful or fraudulent activity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date above will be updated. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
